I’ve had PF for about 10 years on and off. I went back to running because I had no pain. 3 weeks later PF back and a nerve pain up my leg. My leg just didn’t feel right. It also went into my big toe knuckle. Turns out I’m not striking the floor correctly and eventually the old pain was back. Victoria is teaching me to walk correctly because as much as you do all the other pain advice, unless you address what is going on in your body mechanics the PF will just come back. Problems in the feet show up in the body and visa versus. I have many days without pain now and if I feel a mild tenderness I get back on the program - it’s not hard. Takes me about 5-10 minutes.
